В наши дни все уже свыклись с мыслью, что у нынешней муз. индустрии монополия на “Pop”. Нам внушили, что поп-музыка = бизнес и большие деньги, большие тачки, SWAG и YOLO. Но это не так. Мы можем сами определять цели, форму и рамки этого жанра без стыдливой приставки “инди”. Поп-музыка может быть какой угодно.
Finiraru — проект-платформа, объединяющий продюсеров и музыкантов из разных стран, в первую очередь искреннее любящих поп-музыку и желающих работать в жанре Pop, при этом не прогибаясь под меркантильные интересы корпораций и агентств. Мы полностью свободны и делаем поп-музыку своей мечты.
Finiraru не сторонится трендов, остросоциальной сатиры, неожиданных саунд-дизайнерских решений и даже бурикко-эстетики. Дебютный EP Funiraru вдохновлён различными жанрами, среди которых electropop, synthwave, chiptune, etc., и поп-культурой, в частности японской и южнокорейской. Песни исполняются на трёх языках — русском, английском и японском (список пополняется).
Мы реалисты — вряд ли этот EP что-либо изменит. Тем не менее, это лишь первый шаг к цели Funiraru. Мы быстро учимся и мы очень-очень голодные.

These days everybody’s seemingly put up with the idea that the current music industry has a monopoly on ‘pop’. We are led to believe that pop music = business and big money, big cars, swag and yolo. Not in this case though. We can quite re-define the objectives, the scope and form of this genre ourselves. We don’t need the awkward “indie” prefix, mind you. Pop music can be anything.
FUNIRARU is a project-based platform, which brings producers and musicians from different countries together: we are the sincere lovers of pop music; we won’t cave in to the mercantile demands of the corporations and agencies. We are completely free and make the pop music of our dreams.
FUNIRARU is okay with current trends, extreme social satire, unexpected sound design solutions and even burikko aesthetics. FUNIRARU’s debut EP is inspired by various genres (electropop, synthwave, chiptune, etc.) and pop-culture, Japanese and South Korean in particular. The songs are performed in three languages - Russian, English and Japanese (the list is constantly growing). We are realists – this EP is unlikely to change anything. However, this is the first step towards FUNIRARU’s goal.
Keep in mind though: we are quick learners. And very, very thirsty ones.
